Our expectations
Required:
- Proven successful experience (5+years) in IT management as a Department Head, Resource Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Leader
- Advanced leadership and people management abilities (hiring, motivation, development, engagement, retention, dismissal)
- Excellent understanding of software development processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, result-oriented personality, ability to broad thinking
- Strong commitment to producing business value
Nice-to-have
- Technical background from the sphere of IT/SW development would be a big plus
Your responsibilities
- Participate and develop company processes in a collaborative manner
- Plan, monitor, and rational use of Unit budget
- Hire, motivate, engage and develop your team
- Participate in pre-sales either by yourself or through the team engagement
- Staff projects’ positions
- Be the best Leader ever
