Discovery & requirements Development & validation During discovery, ITRex clarifies how AI will be used, what decisions it may influence, and what data it can access. We set boundaries early—separating training data from sensitive operational data or using synthetic datasets. If AI doesn’t add measurable value over a deterministic approach, we won’t force it into the solution. When needed, we create rapid prototypes or a proof of concept (PoC) before finalizing the architecture. During development, our engineers treat AI-assisted outputs as drafts and review them before they enter the codebase. All AI development and testing occurs within licensed enterprise platforms that provide contractual data protections, environment isolation, and legal indemnification frameworks
Tooling is selected and configured to match each client’s legal and technical requirements (e.g., residency, access controls, auditability, procurement constraints)
Enterprise versions of GPT, Claude, and Gemini, as well as self-hosted/open-source models, are deployed in controlled infrastructure where appropriate
Client data is never used to train public models, and access is limited to authorized project roles
