Given the limited timeline and budget, we opted for a hybrid development approach using Shopify's existing framework enhanced with both
low-code and high-code customizations. This allowed us to move fast while delivering a tailored user experience. Here’s what we accomplished:

ITRex designer crafted a modern, wellness-inspired color palette and developed a visually engaging, easy-to-navigate layout to ensure a seamless browsing experience across devices. Our designer also presented several logo concepts, giving the client the flexibility to choose a visual identity that best reflected their brand.

Our team developed the wellness ecommerce platform using standard Shopify features along with customization. The customized features included:● Enhanced filtering capabilities that allowed users to look for and sort products by ratings and other preferences
● Flexible subscription models, so that customers can choose how often to reorder food supplements
● Search functionality, enabling users to go through both product lists and blog content and receive results in separate tabs
● Product recommendations engine that is driven by user behavior and browsing history
● User reviews and FAQs, which help build social proof and answer common questions

We implemented an educational blog that allows the client to publish articles on wellness topics—some designed to spark discussion with an open comment section, while others serve purely educational purposes with comments disabled.
