About position
As an Employer Branding Manager at ITRex Group, you'll play a key role in positioning our company as an employer of choice across our global locations. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll have ownership and autonomy to shape our external employer branding strategy, showcasing our unique culture and values to attract top talent.
In this role, you will manage and elevate our primary candidate-facing platforms, such as social media platforms, career websites, and other touchpoints, ensuring they reflect our culture and amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). You'll work closely with senior leadership, Talent Acquisition & HR, marketing, and creative teams to create and execute innovative campaigns that resonate with talent markets globally.
Our expectations
- Proven experience in developing and executing employer branding strategies for scaling IT companies that have successfully attracted top talent. Familiarity with attracting talent in the US and Eastern Europe is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and promoting EVP from scratch.
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding in the IT domain.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and its talent landscape, with the ability to tailor messaging and strategies for different regions and audiences.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a passion for crafting narratives that resonate with candidates.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing employer branding initiatives based on performance metrics.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Experience with social media content creation and managing a content calendar.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to align employer branding with overall business goals.
- Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and Shape the Employer Brand: Build and maintain a compelling employer brand that reflects ITRex Group’s culture, values, and vision to engage employees and attract top talent.
- Define and Promote EVP: Create a strong Employee Value Proposition aligned with the company’s mission, values, and hiring priorities.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including employee testimonials and success stories, for digital platforms, social media, and campaigns.
- Digital Presence Management: Elevate candidate-facing platforms such as the careers website, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to reflect our unique workplace culture.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead employer branding campaigns and represent ITRex Group at industry events to enhance visibility within the talent market.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives and refine strategies for impact.
- Employee Engagement: Implement internal communication strategies to engage employees and align them with the company’s vision and values.
- Employee Events: Plan and execute cultural celebrations, onboarding days, internal meetups, workshops, recognition talks, and expert sessions to foster collaboration, build community, and promote professional growth.
- Market Adaptation: Tailor branding initiatives to fit the cultural and professional nuances of talent markets in the US, Eastern Europe, and beyond.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across internal and external channels.
