Required
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or corporate environments (mobile operators, professional services, banks, consumer goods, etc.)
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good skills in gathering and analyzing vast amounts of data
  • Tech savvy
Nice-to-have
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B environment, preferably with a software engineering company
Your responsibilities
  • Gathering and analyzing information about market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform outreach strategy
  • Manual and automated account and lead sourcing through open sources (Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, data vendors, etc.)
  • Cleaning and enriching lead and account databases
  • Crafting value propositions and email/message sequences
  • Assisting in developing ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and Buyer Personas, generating ideas, criteria, and hypotheses
  • Launching automated and manual outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
  • Assisting in maintaining the capacity of outreach channels (LinkedIn and Email)
  • Scheduling meetings with target leads for the sales team
  • Updating and managing leads and accounts within Hubspot
  • Engagement management support
  • Lead generation support for events
