Your responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for software solutions.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' interests within the company, ensuring their needs are met throughout the development process.
Project Oversight
  • Project Coordination: Work with project managers and development teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on project status, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Business Development
  • Identify Opportunities: Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services or new projects.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Recommend additional products or services that align with clients' goals and provide value.
  • Lead Generation: Contribute to identifying potential leads through client networks and industry events.
Contract and Financial Management
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Invoice and Billing Management: Ensure timely and accurate billing, resolving any client billing issues promptly.
Client Satisfaction and Issue Resolution
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, measuring through feedback and surveys.

Team Collaboration
