Our expectations
Required
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology environment, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Previous 3+ years experience as a Software Engineer on an enterprise project
- Strong project management experience in AI or data-centric projects
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level solutions and have fully participated and successfully delivered at least 2 commercial projects with a team of 15+
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Advanced English
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with big data technologies
- Experience in data engineering
- Experience with Python/Java and machine learning frameworks
Your responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, deliverables and budget
- Implement best practices in project management and engineering
- Facilitate and lead communication between the technical team and stakeholders when needed
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through rigorous review processes
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models
- Oversee the development and deliverables of FE and BE solutions
