Our expectations
Required
- 9+ years overall production experience in web development
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Lead or Architect
- 7+ years experience in Backend Development
- 3+ years experience in NodeJs
- 5+ years experience in DBA as SQL as NoSQL
- Solid experience and comprehensive understanding of microservice architecture and event-driven development
- 4+ years experience of Web Development: JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- 3+ years of experience of OPS in cloud services, specifically AWS
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English
Nice-to-have
- Experience in integrating with shared services or products
- Experience in the HealthCare domain
- Experience in Python
Your responsibilities
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Provide direction and mentorship to development across web, backend, and operations teams
- Design and maintain system architecture
- Describe technical documentation and procedures
- Develop and integrate new features
- Improve performance and scalability of existing code
- Identify and address areas requiring refactoring
- Communicate progress and technical details to stakeholders
- Actively participate in code writing and maintenance
- Ensure code quality through regular reviews
- Develop tools and scripts to enhance development processes
- Track system performance and uptime on an ongoing basis
- Lead response efforts during outages or critical incidents
- Promptly diagnose and resolve production problems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures and system configurations
