Our expectations
Required
- 5+ years of experience in selling software development services
- Experience in working with pre-sales engineers/teams (selling "solutions" - not only "outstaffing/team augmentation")
- Experience in selling Healthcare, IoT, AI, Cloud, Logistics, and Transportation, Media & Entertainment, AI/ML solutions
- Ability to create a well-structured and clear proposal
- Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes
- Ability to work in a continuous multi-task atmosphere
- High level of energy, motivation, and "true" sales mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
Your Responsibilities
- Close deals to meet personal KPI and quotes
- Work with inbound leads (no cold-calling, emailing, etc.)
- Drive sales process and pre-sales team
- Prepare and negotiate proposals
- Contracts review and negotiation
- Account management
- Maintain accurate timely records in CRM
- Represent ITRex Group at various conferences and industry events
