Our expectations
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in selling software development services
  • Experience in working with pre-sales engineers/teams (selling "solutions" - not only "outstaffing/team augmentation")
  • Experience in selling Healthcare, IoT, AI, Cloud, Logistics, and Transportation, Media & Entertainment, AI/ML solutions
  • Ability to create a well-structured and clear proposal
  • Successful background in complex, executive-level sales processes
  • Ability to work in a continuous multi-task atmosphere
  • High level of energy, motivation, and "true" sales mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
Your Responsibilities
  • Close deals to meet personal KPI and quotes
  • Work with inbound leads (no cold-calling, emailing, etc.)
  • Drive sales process and pre-sales team
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals
  • Contracts review and negotiation
  • Account management
  • Maintain accurate timely records in CRM
  • Represent ITRex Group at various conferences and industry events
