The ITRex team has built two separate mobile applications for parents and babysitters and packed them with features according to the client’s vision to bring multiple aspects of babysitting into a single user-friendly interface. The solution allows parents to stay connected with babysitters and manage multiple tasks with ease, providing an innovative and convenient way to handle the responsibilities of childcare.
The parent app allows scheduling appointments with a network of babysitters, tracking their provider’s location on a map in real time for added peace of mind, assigning and prioritizing tasks, receiving photos at request, giving feedback, and accessing important information such as babysitters’ contact details and payment records. It also lets parents pay right from their phones.
The babysitter app makes it easier for babysitters to provide high-quality childcare services by managing multiple clients, keeping track of their schedules, managing tasks assigned by parents, and sharing pictures.
